摘要
隨著全國城市社區(qū)建設(shè)的興起，社區(qū)工作者已成為社區(qū)發(fā)展與建設(shè)的主力軍。在廣州市很多地方政府、街道辦事處經(jīng)過社會(huì)招聘，選拔各類社會(huì)人才進(jìn)入社區(qū)工作，形成了日益壯大的社區(qū)工作者隊(duì)伍。而這些以居委干部與專職社區(qū)工作者為主的社區(qū)工作者隊(duì)伍，是不同于企業(yè)雇員和政府公務(wù)員的特殊群體，從某種意義上說，社區(qū)工作人員屬于弱勢群體。對(duì)社區(qū)工作人員的人文關(guān)懷和幫助指導(dǎo)，已經(jīng)到了刻不容緩的地步。關(guān)注他們的心理需求和身心健康，關(guān)注他們的全面發(fā)展，提高他們的社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)地位，是城市社區(qū)居委會(huì)建設(shè)的突出問題。
本文以專職社區(qū)工作者為研究對(duì)象，以研究的意義與緣由作為開篇；
緊接著對(duì)社區(qū)、專職社區(qū)工作者和激勵(lì)的相關(guān)概念做出定義；
其實(shí)，說明目前專職社區(qū)工作者的現(xiàn)況以及管理機(jī)制特別是激勵(lì)機(jī)制的不足；
最后以雙因素理論和需要層次論作為激勵(lì)機(jī)制基礎(chǔ)理論，采用實(shí)證研究的方法，試圖通過個(gè)案分析來得出一般性的認(rèn)識(shí)，并結(jié)合存在問題的深層次原因分析，有針對(duì)性地提出改進(jìn)專職社區(qū)工作者激勵(lì)機(jī)制的對(duì)策與建議。

ABSTRACT
With the rise of the national urban community building, community workers has become a major force in community development and construction. In Guangzhou city, many local governments, neighborhood offices through the social recruitment, selection of various social talents to join the community work, forming a growing community workers. Those with full-time community workers, cadres and Ju Wei-based community workers are different from corporate employees and civil servants of the special groups, in a sense, community workers belonging to vulnerable groups. The staff of community care and to help guide humanity has reached a critical state. Concerned about their psychological needs and physical and mental health, concerned about their all-round development, to improve their socio-economic status, urban communities, building of the residents of the prominent problems.
